3. Application for Decree Nisi

Stage 3 is very simple. We will again, provide you with all the documentation you will require plus information on how to complete the application for your Decree.

In layman’s terms, this application is simply asking the Court to place your Divorce Petition and supporting documentation before the Judge in order for him to give consideration to whether to grant your Divorce.

If the Judge is satisfied that there are sufficient grounds for the Divorce to proceed, then matters will move to stage 4.
