4. Application for Decree Absolute

Six weeks and a day after the declaration of your Decree Nisi, you would then be entitled to apply for your Decree Absolute.

The application for Decree Absolute is again, a simple document to complete and we will obviously provide you with the necessary instructions on how to complete this.

Following submission of this application to the County Court, the Court will then declare your Decree Absolute which means that your marriage has then been dissolved.
